Our Bypass fight continues.

Our lawyer presented legal aspects of our case first and then the lawyers for the other side had a chance to speak. The entire hearing took about 1 1/2 hours. Our lawyers focused on areas where we believe the bypass builders broke the law. Among other things our lawyer addressed the finding of toxic waste along the route, the lack of a new Environmental Imp...Read Full Post »

Bypass Opponent, we're so sorry about the late notice. As you recall we recently notified the court that the DOT has started construction on the West Waukesha Bypass. Presumably in response to our notification and request for an expeditious ruling, Judge Pepper has set our case for a hearing on the motions for summary judgment for July 11, 2017 9 am (the Court’s notice is reproduced below).

I'm sorry that it's been a while since we've sent out a Bypass update. Why? To be honest we've been waiting for our lawsuit to get a hearing date. Now there are developments! First of all I want to assure you that our lawsuit is still very much alive! Second, I know that most of you know by now that the DOT has begin actual construction of the north section of the Bypass. Its really a mess. The whole area is all torn up, greenspace has been plowed un...Read Full Post »
